SMS Terms of Service

Kora ("we", "us") is an SMS-based inventory assistant operated by Revera Media LLC. We send SMS and MMS messages only to users who have opted in.

How you opt in

You consent to receive messages from Kora by any of the following:

• Texting START to +1 (833) 773-8419
• Signing a service agreement with Kora during onboarding
• Submitting the web signup form (where available)

What messages you'll receive

Once opted in, you may receive account notifications, inventory alerts, order drafts, and operational briefings related to the Kora service.

Frequency

Expect roughly 4–8 messages per day during your cafe's operating hours. Frequency will vary based on your account activity and configuration.

Message & data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Messages are sent via your mobile carrier and standard carrier rates apply to each message sent or received.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages until you opt in again. Reply HELP for support information.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
