SMS Terms of Service

Kora ("we", "us") is an SMS-based inventory assistant operated by Revera Media LLC. We send SMS and MMS messages only to users who have opted in.

How you opt in

You can begin receiving Kora messages in any of these ways:

1. Web signup form at https://kora.korhq.ai/signup — fill in your phone, check the consent box, and submit. A welcome SMS is sent to confirm.
2. Texting START or HI to +1 (833) 773-8419 from the phone you want enrolled.
3. Direct verbal or written agreement with the Kora team during onboarding (a copy of the consent disclosure is provided).

In all cases, the consent text presented to you is:

I agree to receive SMS messages from Kora about my cafe's inventory: morning briefings, evening close-out summaries, supplier order drafts, and follow-up questions. About 4–8 messages per day during my operating hours. Reply STOP to opt out anytime, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Consent is logged with timestamp, IP address, and the exact disclosure text shown.

What messages you'll receive

Once opted in, you may receive account notifications, inventory alerts, order drafts, and operational briefings related to the Kora service.

Frequency

Expect roughly 4–8 messages per day during your cafe's operating hours. Frequency will vary based on your account activity and configuration.

Message & data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Messages are sent via your mobile carrier and standard carrier rates apply to each message sent or received.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages until you opt in again. Reply HELP for support information.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
