Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kora, an SMS-based inventory assistant operated by Revera Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Kora helps independent cafes track inventory and generate supplier orders over SMS and MMS. We provide briefings, alerts, and draft orders based on the data you submit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized representative of the business you are signing up on behalf of.

Fees

The service may be offered with a subscription fee. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly at signup before you are charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel the service at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing hi@korhq.ai.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal content, spam, harassment, or activity that violates applicable law or a third party's rights.

AI disclaimer

Briefings, alerts, and order drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any draft before acting on it, including before sending an order to a supplier.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
