1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kora service operated by Revera Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Kora", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Kora service, you accept these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business on whose behalf you are signing up.
2. Service Description
Kora is an SMS-based AI inventory copilot for independent cafes, halal cafes, halal restaurants, and similar single-location food service operators.
Core features include:
- Inventory tracking via photo and text message
- Run-out forecasts based on sales velocity and lead times
- Supplier order drafts ready to forward
- Morning and evening briefings
The service is delivered primarily through SMS, with an optional web app used for nightly counts. AI processing of message content is provided via Anthropic Claude as a subprocessor.
3. Eligibility
To use Kora you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be an authorized representative of a registered business
- Be located in the United States (Kora is currently US-only)
- Not be on any sanctions or restricted entity list
4. Account & Sign-Up
- Sign up via the web form at kora.korhq.ai/signup or by texting START to (833) 773-8419.
- You must consent to receive SMS as part of signup.
- One account per phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
5. Messaging Program
The following terms apply specifically to the Kora SMS messaging program:
- Program name: Kora
- Program description:Inventory operations notifications, briefings, supplier order drafts, and AI-assisted Q&A for paying customers.
- Message types: Account notifications, inventory alerts, supplier order drafts, and responses to user queries.
- Message frequency: Approximately 4–8 messages per day during your operating hours.
- Cost: The Kora service is paid via subscription. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Carriers:Compatible with all major US carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-in: Required and obtained via the web signup form, the START keyword, or a signed service agreement.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe immediately.
- Help: Reply HELP at any time for support information.

6. Fees & Subscription
- Founding pricing: $29 per month for the first 10 customers (locked in for life).
- Standard pricing: $49 per month thereafter.
- Future tiers (e.g. Square integration) will be disclosed at signup.
- Billing: monthly in advance via our payment processor.
- Cancellation: stop service at any time. We do not refund partial months.
- Price changes: we may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers at a given tier are grandfathered.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Kora service for:
- Illegal content or unlawful purposes
- Spam or abuse of the SMS channel
- Harassment of Kora staff or other users
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the service
- Any use that violates carrier policies, the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or other applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting confidential third-party data without consent
We may suspend or terminate the service at our discretion for any violation of these Acceptable Use rules.
8. AI Disclaimer
Briefings, forecasts, and supplier order drafts are generated by AI. Kora may make errors. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it to a supplier. You are solely responsible for orders sent through supplier channels.
We do our best to provide accurate output, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
9. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your data, including your inventory, messages, and photos.
- You grant Kora a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your data to provide and improve the service.
- Kora retains all rights to its software, AI prompts, branding, and aggregated analytics.
- Vendor registry data, in anonymized and aggregated form, is Kora's intellectual property.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Kora service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. SMS-specific consent terms are described on our SMS Terms page.
11. Termination
- You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to a Kora message or by emailing support@korhq.ai.
- We may terminate the service for nonpayment, violation of Acceptable Use, sanctions or legal compliance issues, or prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
- On termination, the SMS service ends immediately and your data is deleted in accordance with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revera Media LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Texas, or, by mutual agreement, through binding arbitration.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class action arising out of or relating to the service.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by SMS to active users and posted on the website. Continued use of the service after a change is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
