Kora is operated by Revera Media LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Your mobile phone number
• The content of SMS messages you send us
• Photos sent via MMS (e.g. shelf and storage counts)
• Inventory data you provide: item names, counts, suppliers, purchase orders
• Basic technical logs: IP address, timestamps, request metadata

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to operate the Kora service: preventing stockouts, drafting supplier orders, and generating your daily briefings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use a small number of subprocessors strictly to deliver the service:

• Anthropic — processes photo and text content for AI features
• Twilio — delivers SMS and MMS messages to and from your carrier
• Neon and Vercel — host our database and application infrastructure

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hi@korhq.ai.

Children

Kora is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Updates to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via SMS. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
